WHO AM I? Am I a mind or body or Self? This is the most difficult question.

Philosophers have provided various answers to this question, But the most satisfactory answer to this question is provided by the Upanishads/ Vedanta philosophy. This allows me to know the limitations of my mind and body. The more I try to understand the mechanism of my mind and body, then I become closer to my witness consciousness (Sakshi Chaitanya). Reality has no name, can't be defined through the sense organs. I know the limitations of the mind and body at the same time I am aware of the transcendental nature of the SELF (Satyam jnanam anantam Brhaman- it is truth, wisdom, and infinity). Therefore, it is said that I am neither a mind nor a body nor has anything to with sense organs. I am nothing but a SELF. Understanding the SELF does not mean the denial or rejection of mind, body, and sense organs. By knowing the SELF, I know the mind and its impurities created by the mind. The witness consciousness is pure, the light of all lights (jyotisam jyotih), full of energy, positive etc.
